The Coalition for Excellence in Homeownership Education is a partnership between for profit lenders, government agencies and non profit housing counselors and community development corporations. First inspired to raise the professionalism of housing counselors and standardize training and home purchase curriculum in New York State, the Coalition has expanded with the growing demand for home buyer pre- purchase and post- purchase counseling.
